About Those IEEPA Tariffs

As most everyone is aware of by now, the United States Supreme Court ruled on February 20, 2026 that the President Donald Trump's implementation of the IEEPA tariffs were declared illegal as they ruled he did not have the authority to implement them. Because of the levy of the 20-30% tariff on the models we imported and we paid prior to delivery, we were forced to raise our prices about 12-15%. At the same time, DHL embargoed all traffic from Germany to the United States and we were forced to use a much higher cost air carrier which raised our costs another 5-8%! All these things contributed to a very tough 2025!

After much delay we have received the first tranche of what we hope is the return of all the illegally collected IEEPA tariff monies. Since we have no way to determine how much we may have collected from individual customers since the implementation of those tariffs, we are offering a discount on current purchases. Current tariffs are levied at 10% which is still more than then the 0% tariff on models prior to the President's IEEPA tariff implementation. We adjust our pricing to reflect the cost of goods when received so you might notice reduced pricing already in place.
